Sewer pipe plugs made of natural rubber. Available for pipe diameters of 25 - 2000 mm. Inflatable sewer pipe plugs are the optimal solution when fast and reliable sewer sealing is required during repair or maintenance work.

Also extremely suitable for avoiding backflow of waste water at the source location in the event of pipe breaks, floods, sewer inspection, sewer cleaning, repair and maintenance work.

Mini Sewer pipe plugs made of natural rubber

Mini Sewer pipe plugs made of natural rubber. Available for pipe diameters of 25 - 300 mm. Due to their short design, mini inflatable sewer pipe plugs are particularly suitable for sealing pipes in and around homes, including house connections.

In addition, they are extremely good for applications where flexibility and easy cornering are necessary, for example for heating and plumbing and for testing oil and petrol filters according to DIN 1999 T 100.

Sewer pipe plugs made of Chloroprene rubber CR

The sewer pipe plugs made of chloroprene rubber (CR) are characterised by an increased resistance to chemicals (e.g. against mineral oils, fuel oil, etc.) compared to standard sewer pipe plugs made of natural rubber (NR). Available for pipe diameters of 70 - 1200 mm.

*When servicing machines or pipelines in factories, all piping connected to them must be securely sealed to ensure worker safety and protection of sensitive structural parts.

Sealing bags

Sealing bags perform three functions in one: sealing, testing with water or air and bypassing.

The flexible internal hoses and sturdy construction allow easy adjustment of the sealing bags to the different pipe materials. Small irregularities can also be compensated.

It is suitable for:
 Divert sewer in case of leakage
 Dosed redirection of liquids
 Sealing tests according to DIN EN 1610 with air or water
 Checking of pipeline sections

The sealing bags are equipped with inflation coupling(s) and clamping eyes. The external threaded connections of the inlets allow a free selection of accessories. The size of the coupling is dependant upon the type of sealing bag.
