Returns

You can register your goods for return using this form. You can send this form to us digitally. Please add the invoice and/or packing slip (a copy will suffice) when you return the goods.

We only accept returned goods:

1. If the item is unused and undamaged in the (if reasonably possible) original packaging
2. If the item is returned within 14 days of purchase
3. Upon receipt of the completed return form
4. If the item is complete compared to the delivery (incomplete parts will not be credited)
5. If the return shipment is sent with the invoice and/or packing slip (a copy will suffice) that belongs to the delivered goods
