Operational manager, Ben de Jong: "Every morning, I start the working day with a kick-off meeting. I bring colleagues from the factory, the warehouse, the work preparation and the drawing room together to discuss what needs to be done that day. It is the start of a day in which more than 120 employees will be busy making top-quality machines. We use Lean Manufacturing methodology to work as efficiently as possible, which means you, our customer, can reap the benefits."

Construction bench worker & welder, Geert Ecker: "Delivering top-quality machines. This is my goal. I try to get the best out of myself every day. I will not settle for anything less. I sometimes take a detailed look three times. I ask myself, “Does it meet my requirements?” Only after I can answer in the affirmative do I dare hand over the work with confidence. When I work on a machine, I look at it this way: if I buy a product, I want it to be of good quality and simply work easily and pleasantly."

We employ the very best people to continuously achieve the high demands we place on our ROM machines. This factory is equipped with a welding robot for welding stainless steel tanks, and a tank roller. This means we can guarantee constant quality for the tanks supplied with our machines."
