Warranty registration

To take full advantage of our full warranty, it is important to complete the warranty card within 4 weeks of purchase.

Warranty

We guarantee that you will buy a machine from us that is in good condition and that will continue to work as expected under normal use, this is the legal warranty. As long as you use that machine for its intended purpose only, normal use will be fine. If this is not the case, we will naturally work with you to try and find a better solution for you.

Returns

You can use our return form to return your goods. You can download the ROM Return form. You can then fill it in digitally and return it to us at the touch of a button. Please fill in the form as completely as possible. If you want to return the goods, please make sure you attach a copy of the form to the shipment.

Manuals

A manual will be supplied with the machine. But what if you misplace it? No problem, you won't need a replacement. We can also supply you with a digital version of the manual.
